Free Plugins (GPL): Our free plugins, including Royal MCP and Royal Security Lite, are licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later (GPLv2+). You may:

• Use the plugin on unlimited websites
• Modify the source code
• Distribute the plugin (with attribution)

Premium Plugins: Our premium plugins (Royal Security Pro, Royal Speed) require a valid license purchased from royalplugins.com. Your license grants you:

• Use on the number of sites specified by your license tier (Single Site, Multi-Site, or Agency)
• Access to plugin updates for the duration of your subscription
• Access to premium support

Premium plugin licenses are:

• Non-transferable: Licenses may not be resold or transferred to another party
• Site-specific: Each activation counts toward your license limit
• Subscription-based: Licenses renew annually unless cancelled

3. Subscription & Billing

Premium plugin subscriptions are billed annually. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period
• You will receive a renewal reminder email 7 days before your renewal date
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard
• Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing period

4. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all premium plugin purchases. If you aren't happy with our plugins, our features, or our support, reach out to our support team and request a refund within 30 days of your original purchase for a full refund.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use our plugins for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to circumvent license verification or security measures
• Use the plugins to distribute malware or spam
• Share, distribute, or resell license keys
• Reverse engineer for malicious purposes
• Misrepresent the origin of our plugins

6. Third-Party Services

Some plugins connect to third-party services (e.g., AI platforms). When using these features:

• You are responsible for complying with third-party terms
• You must have valid API keys/accounts where required
• We are not responsible for third-party service availability or changes
• Data shared with third parties is subject to their privacy policies

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR PLUGINS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that:

• The plugins will meet your specific requirements
• The plugins will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Any errors will be corrected
• The plugins are compatible with all themes/plugins

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Royal Plugins shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data
• Business interruption
• Any damages arising from use of our plugins

9. Support

Free Plugins: Support is provided through WordPress.org forums on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee response times or resolution of all issues.

Premium Plugins: Active subscribers receive priority support via our support portal. We aim to respond within 24-48 business hours.

10. Updates

We may release updates to fix bugs, add features, or address security issues. We recommend keeping plugins updated but are not responsible for issues arising from outdated versions.

11. Termination

You may stop using our plugins at any time by deactivating and deleting them. We reserve the right to discontinue any plugin with reasonable notice.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our plugins after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with those laws.
