If you aren't happy with our plugins, our features, or our support, reach out to our support team and request a refund within 30 days of your original purchase for a full refund.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
- Your request must be made within 30 days of your original purchase date
- You must provide the email address used for the purchase
- Refunds are available for first-time purchases only (not renewal payments)
How to Request a Refund

- Include your order number or the email address used for purchase
- Let us know the reason for your refund request (optional, but helps us improve)
We aim to process all refund requests within 3-5 business days.
What Happens After a Refund
Once your refund is processed:
- Your subscription will be cancelled immediately
- Your license key will be deactivated
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method
- You will no longer have access to plugin updates or premium support
Renewal Payments
Automatic renewal payments are not eligible for refunds. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Your license will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
If you forgot to cancel before a renewal, please contact us within 48 hours and we'll do our best to help.
Chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks cost us significant fees and administrative time. If you're unhappy for any reason, we want to make it right.
